We offer a free personal and online service through which we work with (and for) RMC Directors to simplify and clarify the complex elements involved in the care and management of the common parts and structure of their block of flats or estate.
We do this by providing an online facility through which we work interactively with RMC Directors to plan the schedule and budget for the property in their care.
Then, we source, negotiate and organise the services and facilities required to carry out the plan allowing us to support the proactive management of the property as well as deal with reactive maintenance issues which inevitably arisen with the management of any property.
Our Members track progress and interact with us online, ensuring information and support is always available at a time to suit their schedule.
In addition to support of the management of the block we can also provide support and assistance for individual leaseholders and owner within the property to carry out maintenance and management of their property in areas of responsibility not covered by block management.
Whether self managed or working with (or requiring) a full block management service from a regulated block management company, IPMNet will work with our RMC members to reduce the cost of management and increase the satisfaction of their shareholders and tenants.
