I am a professional residential property manager and owner of a block management company based in Hampshire. Over the years, I have attended many property management conferences and meetings where the presentations and discussions invariably touch on topics such as:

Having spent years building up my property management business and invested in its infrastructure in order to address these and many other issues, I thout to myself..."If we've done this for ourselves, then why can't we apply our model to others...?"
So we set up The Integrated Property Management Network:
IPMNet is a web based support infrastrcuture for property managers, owners, suppliers and anyone involved in the duty of care relating to the management of residential properties.
However, this is not just another web based business networking site. Our service is not only delivered via the web and email but is supported and delivered by our experienced property managers...working to help and support property managers and others who make up our Membership.
Fundamentally, we act as an outsourced resource for our Members to:
- Introduce them to other Members who with whom they will build a relationship potentially leading to referal to new business opportunities.
- Source independent services and facilites for them from other Members, such as contractors, insurers, health and safety specailists, surveyors and other property professionals with whom they can work to ensure delivery of a high level of service to their clients.
- Once introduced to potential suppliers and associates, IPMNet's Facilitators will actively work with you to source single or multiple quotes, as required, and facilitate the flow of information and decisions necessary to organise and deliver the service.
- To get the best out of any relationship, it needs to be managed, nurtured and developed in order not only to develop initial business opportunities, but repeat and sustainable ones. IPMNet's Facilitators will work as relationship managers not only to help with intial introductions and workflow facilitation as mentioned above, but also to manage and develop the relationships between our members to keep the opporunities and benefits flowing.
In short, the team at IPMNet will actively help you to get things done without putting a drain on your in-house resources or your budget. Our intention is to help deliver practical solutions to those questions so often asked.
